Very disappointing experience. I transferred over €20,000 through Paysen, expecting a fair bonus, but I only received a tiny €4.50 bonus, which I can’t even use because the minimum required to redeem is €5. This feels incredibly misleading. Additionally, their currency exchange fees are much higher compared to other platforms. I would not recommend this app, as there are much better alternatives with lower fees and more transparent rewards. Very frustrating and not worth it!

This app should be investigated, I feel I'm being scammed, I Med the first 2 payments successfully, then the last payment was on the 21/08/2024 the money was taken from my account by was never delivered till today the customer service keeps asking for my details yet I've not received a call and my €173 still not returned almost a month now paysend you most return my money.

Fraude app!!! First they asked a lot of personal questions, I accepted it, second they give you a receipt with no information at all where did you send the money, when they received it. 3rd, the help center chat sucks, I have been 20 min with canitas seen him writing but no to me, at the end no answer when the bank send me a text saying it is a fraud if I was trying to send money. Thanks God that i have a fraud detection. Of course the transaction didn't go through.
