Bad, Bad Bad I have been using this camera without any problems. Now after update although I can see the live feed now it's not possible to view or download any recordings. Every attempt same error at 99% 'Timeout Getting Video Data'. I've tried 2 SanDisk cards, WiFi signal is strong, so that's not the issue. We had intruders in the garden last night with no way of reviewng the footage. That's the whole point of this app.. Therefore it's completely rubbish. AVOID

This app is what it is. The only major issue I have with this app is the developers push to make you buy their cloud storage and there is nothing you can do to stop. Setting up you own cloud storage for free is very easy using the data stream from the cameras BUT you need their ad driven software to set them up. With each update they make it harder and harder to turn off the advertising To the developers I'd suggest to tone it down with the ads. Let us opt out.

Really bad experience. By their rules I had a right for a refund. Still there is no one talking to me from customer service inside the app or e by email, EVEN AFTER THEIR REPLY BELOW! Reaccuring payments, subscription. You will be told about only after first payment for cloud storage. Again, no one talks to me, there is no option to disable it from the menu of the app as they say there is. I have to cancel my debit card to make sure subscription is cancelled. Very scammy company, be aware!
