It's always giving me errors. Often times nothing will load and it says try again. I'm on my home WiFi so it isn't Internet connection or speed causing this. Also switching between trees and DNA kits is not intuitive. Desktop is much easier to use. If you were in a pinch and needed to show somebody something in a tree then this will be okay, but to actually do research and add to your tree this app is very difficult to use IMO.

Fantastic app, seems to work better on Android than the iOS version. Especially like the search facility which seems to work really well and gives you interesting results. Has been a little bit buggy recently. For instance when changing trees it just comes up with an error. You can force stop it and then it works ok. Also I have had trouble viewing source material occasionally, just seizes. Overall it still works pretty well.

Terrible service!!! So, I signed up for the trial version and paid a reduced fee. When it came time to renew, I attempted to cancel several times and was hit with an error message every.single.time. - then I receive a message that my subscription was cancelled ok cool, I go to pay for a prescription and freaking app took $107.99!!! I didn't want to nor would ever want to pay that amount!!! I asked for a refund since the app wouldn't allow me to cancel and they refused so essentially they stole
