Hohem Pro

I try connecting to Bluetooth and it not working I try everything turn it of and on even my phone I turn of and on and still nothing this app is useless war the point of it or may be wrong just need a lil guide to use it pls help

The device is good (First time I buy a gimbal), I was not sure if it works on the Samsung S21 Ultra (big and heavy device), but it works fine !!! But the Hohem Pro app for Android is bad (I have only Android devices, can't say for iPhone): 1) I can record normal videos but Moment videos don't get saved (currently fixed with the help of hohem support by installing older version). 2) available Max resolution is low for today's standards, my device can do 8k yet the app offers only 1080p 30fps.

Edit 2: I'm so glad the developers have finally updated the app to work. Edit: It has now been well over a month, with multiple app updates, and this app still does not work on my Pixel phone. A response to why that is would be great. The app doesn't even attempt to load on my phone. Have tried installing previous versions of the APK to no avail. The gimbal is great and works well, and I look forward to the day the app is updated so that I can take full advantage of all of the features.
