The first time I installed this app, everything was fine. Then my Mi vacuum-mop gave a hardware error so I sent it to the service center. After it arrived, I couldn't set up the app properly. It goes totally black at some point. So I use my Mi vacuum manually. I take it from room to room my hand and I can't use functions like Mop- Silent mode- carpet mode, etc. I have uninstalled and installed many times, at different settings. With no success. Not getting any notifications no matter how many settings I change in my phone for my doorbell 3. I tried with doorbell 3s, same thing. I then went online to forums and found that a lot of people had the same issue and turns out the devices were defective. Not sure what xiaomi is doing, but it seems to have sent most of its defective items to certain markets because it doesn't seem to care about the consumers.

The Xiaomi Smart LED Strip cannot produce pure 255 red, green, or blue in custom static color settings via the Mi Home app. The color accuracy is way off. However, it can produce pure 255 RGB when using the mood settings, which shows that it has the capability to do so. I want these accurate colors to be available in static mode, not just in the non-static, blinking, or fading mood settings. Please add settings to allow the LED strip to produce pure colors (255 levels of red, green, or blue).
