My children's school uses this app and I get the notices delivered silently. When I get an update/notice and click on it, it takes me to the first screen and just spins and spins, and then says uh oh something went wrong. And I'll try again with no change. I close out of the app and quit the app and restart my phone but nothing works. Very irritating.

the free option is nice... but 10 dollars minimum monthly for the app extra options, is a little expensive, for a school app obligation to communicate with your child's teacher. makes me feel awkward to pay for school conversation. it is better than emai... but having to pay to give my child extra point...separate low income to superior one . it's just awkward to see mom and dad asking if they have to pay and see the worry in their eyes.

Has now become impossible to upload photos etc. as I can't access children's sections of the app. Click on child's account - get menu asking if you're parent, teacher etc. - click on 'parent' - click 'I have account' - click on child - repeat ad infinitum. Same problem a year later, the unistall/reinstall fix works. But it would be better if you didn't have to. Also, it seems you can only add to a posted photo with an audio message-surely an option to type is required?
