The app is good. But I've been having a problem recently after I updated it, for some reason, it shows notifications on my watch of apps I disabled, it just keeps getting notifications from Discord or my Gmail when I had disabled those apps notifications. Please fix this

I've only been using the app for a couple of days so far, it doesn't seem to be recording my sleep periods properly.. it doesn't re-start sleep recording after I go for a nocturnal toilet visit - other than that it seems very good.

The app is quite buggy with respect to notifications transmitted to the smart watch. Duplicate notifications from monitored apps and extraneous notifications from unmonitored apps are common. The app has a very limited notification configuration interface.
