Pathao is great for keeping tabs on your orders and is generally pretty easy to use. The tracking features are spot on and make managing deliveries a breeze. However, there are some annoying bugs and errors from time to time. I also had a headache when trying to change my email—didn't get the verification email at all. If they can fix these issues, this app would be top-notch!

Their discount promo codes doesn’t work at all. Whenever it’s showing to use it and i click it, shows no available or error. Also whenever i am entering this app, automatically start to hang. And showing either have to close it or wait. Thirdly the money bargaining part, it doesn’t work at all. I had to pay 700 for going to place where even a cng will take 150. Just because i am taking a car from pathao doesnt mean you will charge this much. And there wasn’t any traffic much as well.

When you've added a feature to include additional fees based on the rider's location, you should've also thought about the feature that allows riders to accept a request when already being on another ride. This doesn't create a fair take as rider can be just 100 meter away from my pickup location but they are already on another ride whose dropoff is 5km away and I have to pay for his ride back to my location too.
