I got the paid version after using it for a week. It's exactly what it needs to be and nothing more. You set time intervals, name them, color code them, and it runs the timer and vibrates and reads off the names when the intervals change. It even works in the background when I'm listening to music. I use it all the time on spin bikes. It's a no brainer.

It took a while to figure out how to configure the timers, but once you do, it's fairly straightforward. It promises exactly what I was looking for in an interval timer training app. My big bug bear however is that the timer loses time, resulting in the timed segment running longer than expected. I've tried locking it, locking my homescreen, etc. The audio prompts are also hit erratic. It offers everything that I want in an interval timer, but just doesn't reliably deliver what is advertised.

A bit buggy when importing a shared timer more than once. It appears that a second copy is made in the UI, but deleting just 1 of the imported timers deletes all of them. Secondly, the UI isn't intuitive. Like, having to go to thr Organize menu to copy or delete is wrong. Being able to long press on a timer should do an action, IMO.
