It was working fine except turning on the speak to chat randomly by itself. I opened the app to turn it off, but the privacy policy dialog blocks the app, and it can not load the content, so the buttons(agree, disagree) to close the dialog is inactive. Overall, the app can not be used. I don't mind not being able to use the product I paid, but I am dying to read that privicy policy. The main reason I purchased this product was obviously reading those fascinating privacy policies.

I've had my WF-1000XM4's for just over 2 years and never bothered with this software, I just left everything on default and let my phone do the rest. I feel like an idiot. This app really brings them to life, the equaliser settings and all of the additional features elevate the earphones to the next level. If you own compatible equipment, use this app

I want to leave a feedback for the betterment of the product: I have the WF-1000XM5 and the issues are as follows: * without a case even if disconnected from the Bluetooth device, the battery still keeps running: implement a hold button to turn on/off and/or automatically switch off the battery of the 🎧 if not connected. * The playback in major apps like Spotify (podcasts) or Libby doesn't work properly which is a major buzz kill * The playback buttons are very clunky (eg volume control)
