SSG 500 - Just awful! It won't stay connected to the phone. The GPS feature is only on the box, you won't find it in the watch. It doesn't count the steps correctly. Because it doesn't stay connected to the phone it won't show you the weather or the notifications. Thank you Silvercrest for this "fine" product, my confidence in your brand is so low right now, it could find oil.

New version fails to start up siting with a black screen. Now completely useless. There does not appear to be any way to export data so history would appear to be lost. Previous version was temperamental about re-synchronising with watch after being out of Bluetooth range and appeared to interfere with other Bluetooth devices paired with the phone.

Worked fine (mostly) until I changed my phone and reinstalled the app. Now it won't connect so it's pretty much only useful as a pedometer, as I can't access any other features, change the time (which is incorrect as it appears to be gaining) or keep track of any activities. Apparently the updated version of the app has rendered it useless. Thanks silvercrest, can I have a refund now you've ruined it?
