Terrible app. One of my son's account locked him out and kept showing error messages when trying to log back in. He was forced to create a new account. My other son can no longer make or accept video calls. When calling under his profile picture it says 'video off.' We have reinstalled the app and double checked permissions but they all allow video. I also tried to find settings in my parent dashboard but couldn't find anything that would be blocking video chats. No tech support to help either.

This is a great app, amazing for communicating while under adult supervision. However, I would love if you added 2 features. -the ability to reply to specific messages in group chats, this would be way better then everyone get notified when someone talks. -"tagging" or "pinging" someone by doing @(their name), another way to notify specific people instead of everyone.

Perfect for kids! It's fun to use, has a lot of abilities,and has fun colors! My only problem is that when I'm video calling it won't have the option to turn my screen on( I can't make it so that other people can see my face, like on the second picture of the description.)its vary annoying. Please help me fix it🙏🏽!
