The app is great, and it makes it SOO much easier to talk to friends. I've been using snap for a long time, and I never thought there was a problem with it until about a week ago. Whenever I'm trying to view a friend's story, it puts in some music that they didn't put in their picture or videos, and it overlaps the audio from their story. I'm not saying that I'm going to reinstall the app or nothing, I just think it's kinda annoying and that it needs to be fixed. That's all!! :DD

I've been using this app since 2014 or so & it has steadily declined. I literally only use it now because I have so many photos and videos in my memories - once I figure out exporting, I'm leaving. Memories aren't even good anymore since it gives you so many random ones & glitches to make you rewatch the same thing everytime you access photos. Also, STOP WITH THE HYPERSEXUAL SNAP STORIES !! And PLEASE let the block/hide this content button work. Overall, don't download. It's only getting worse.

The new updates of snapchat led to a drastic change (bad performance) and the saved videos and snaps are not visible, also the replies are not visible sometimes: have to restart the snapchat atleast 2 times but afterwards the problem is still not resolved. Infact, sometimes the name, call logo is also not visible, this really sucks. I would really appreciate snapchat and its team to work on the app for it's betterment. Thank you!
